ENGLAND, June 21–July 1
So Go On 2010 ENGLAND is a High School Trip. The student must have completed their 9th grade year. We HIGHLY encourage our HS students to also go to San Antonio, as this trip will be led by HS leaders! In England we will be assisting Strouden Park Chapel located in Bournemouth, England and is in a neighborhood where many people need to meet Jesus. They are a community that is ethnically diverse and do believe God has placed them in Bournemouth for a reason–Jesus, to worship and praise him. ParkwayHills is partnering with Strouden Park Chapel this summer. We will be helping them creatively reach their community through Bible clubs, sports, live band, cookouts, and community service. We will visit London, castles, abbys, Stonehenge, and the southern coast before we return home. This will be an amazing time, but will require preparation–both of Heart and Mind.
GENERAL SCHEDULE, June 21–July 1
June 21st | 10am meet at DFW airport (airport check-in time may vary due to schedule)
June 22nd | Arive in London, travel to Strouden Park Chapel located in Bournemouth, England
June 22nd – 27th | Work with Strouden Park Chapel through Sunday the 27th.
June 28th–30th | Return to London to visit the City
July 1st | Return to DFW
REGISTRATION COST
• Cost $1300 ($150 of the $200 registration is a non refundable registration deposit and is required by each person attending)

Q: Do I need a passport? YES!
A: You can recieve one at any USPS store. You can apply for a passport at many post offices around the country. The fees and payment methods are listed below. For an additional $15 fee, your passport photo may be taken at some of these offices as well. (www.usps.com/passport/)
Q: Can I use my Airline Miles
A: As of now, we are on a group rate through American Airlines and they do not mix deals. So, no,
Q: Is there Financial Support/Fund Raisers?
A: We will be raising money through Chick-fil-a during April and May for the entire group
A: We are asking that if you need asistance financially that you take a pre trip letter that we will outline for you and send them to people you know. They will mail ParkwayHills a check on your behave and money will deposited to your trip cost. These letters will be available for you during the March 28th meeting.
Q: Where will we stay?
A: We will stay at and work from Strouden Park Chapel in Bournemouth. Some students will stay in homes of Strouden Park Chapel. (UK rules for working with underaged students are very strick. Much more than US. These restrictions also apply to famlies we work with. We take this very serious and so do Strouden Park Chapel Elders/Pastors.)
Q: Will my student be safe?
A: Saftey is truly our number one objective. We have a team of parents that not only assist in planning this trip but will be on the ground with us. Strouden Park Chapel also sees this as our first priority. That being said, I would rather be in Bournemouth, England with 25 students than Chicago, New York, New Orleans, or DC.
Q: Why were details delayed with this trip, was it planning?
A: Details were delayed for several reasons. #1 we are partnering with a church and have been in constant contact with this church since late September/early October. Churches in England, we talked with many, move quite different than chruches in the states. They are congregationally led much more than words describe. In fact, most chruches told us they wanted years to plan a partnership. #2 We knew God wanted us to work with Strouden Park and they had similar hesitations. Time is of essence, and they felt that their congregation would better benefit from June dates than July, so we moved the dates to fit the needs of Strouden Park. Understand, we know this will conflict with some dates for potential students. We are sorry. This was not our intent. We simply want to serve Strouden Park and not everyone will be able to in person.
